Refund & Cancellation Policy

Summary: cancel anytime. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments for periods already started are generally not refunded, except in the cases below.

Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the extension (Settings → Pro license → Cancel subscription), or by emailing akshatpegwar5@gmail.com with your license key.
After cancellation, no further charges are made. Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period, then the extension returns to the free plan. Your data stays in your browser.

Refunds

Because Pro is a low-cost digital subscription that you can try features of for free first, payments are generally non-refundable. We will issue a full refund if:

you were charged twice or charged after cancelling, or
you request it within 7 days of your first payment and Pro does not work for you due to a fault on our side that we can't fix.

To request a refund, email akshatpegwar5@gmail.com with your license key or Razorpay payment ID. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, as per Razorpay and your bank's timelines.

Delivery

FreelanceINR Pro is a digital service. Access is activated instantly in the extension after successful payment; nothing is shipped.
