These terms govern your use of the FreelanceINR Chrome extension and website (the "Service"), operated by Akshat Pegwar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India ("we", "us"). By installing or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

FreelanceINR is a browser extension that estimates the Indian rupee value of freelance earnings on platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr, and provides an earnings log, rate calculator, tax estimate, invoice generator and related tools. A free plan and paid "Pro" subscription plans are offered.

2. Estimates, not advice

All amounts, fees, exchange rates and tax figures shown are estimates for planning only. They may differ from what you actually receive or owe. The Service does not provide financial, legal or tax advice. Consult a qualified chartered accountant before making tax decisions or filing returns. Invoices generated by the Service are templates; you are responsible for their correctness and for compliance with GST and other laws.

3. Pro subscriptions and payments

• Pro is available as a monthly (₹149) or yearly (₹999) subscription. Prices are shown in INR before purchase.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Each purchase includes a license key. Keep it private; it may be used on up to 3 of your own browsers.
• A free 7-day trial of Pro may be offered once per user. No payment is taken for the trial and it ends automatically.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to bypass licensing, resell license keys, or use the Service in violation of any law or of the terms of the platforms you use it with. The extension only reads pages to show estimates; it never acts on your behalf on Upwork, Fiverr or any other site.

5. Third-party platforms

FreelanceINR is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Upwork, Fiverr, Payoneer, PayPal or Razorpay. All trademarks belong to their owners.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Platform websites change often and features may temporarily stop working. We may update the Service and these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made based on estimates shown. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh shall have jurisdiction.
